◼️Can I reserve a room over the phone?
Room availability is best checked through our reservation system, so please book via our website.
◼️How will I know when my reservation is complete?
Once your reservation is completed through our site, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please make sure to use your current email address as we cannot send notifications to outdated emails.
◼️Is it possible to book for just one adult?
Reservations are accepted for a minimum of two adults. If you wish to stay alone, you will still be charged for two adults.
◼️Can you provide directions by car?
From Shinjuku to Akiruno IC via the Metropolitan Expressway No. 4 and Chuo Expressway takes about 60 minutes. During winter, we recommend using snow tires due to icy roads. From Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, proceed along Hinohara Highway towards Todoroki, turn right at Todoroki Intersection, and continue for about 20 minutes. Setting your GPS to "737 Yozawa, Akiruno City, Tokyo" will bring you directly to the parking lot and trailhead.
◼️How can I access the facility by train?
Take the bus bound for Kamiyozawa from Bus Stop No. 1 at the Musashi-Itsukaichi Station bus terminal and alight at Kamiya Bus Stop after about 23 minutes. Bus services are infrequent, so we provide local taxi company contact information for your convenience: Keio Taxi (042-596-1711) and Yokokawa Tourism (0120-489-083).
◼️What about mountain climbing and shuttle services to the facility?
The facility cannot be reached without a 20-minute hike up the mountain. The trail is maintained but not lit, so we recommend checking in before dusk. For those who cannot or do not wish to hike, shuttle service is available but must be arranged in advance as same-day service may not be available.
◼️Are pets allowed at the hotel?
Due to the lack of preparations for allergies or accidents, pets are not permitted.
◼️What should I do if I don't receive a confirmation email after booking?
Please ensure the email address provided during reservation is used regularly and check your spam folder. If you cannot find the confirmation, the reservation may not have been completed, so please contact the reservation site or the facility directly.
◼️Do you have facilities for guests with disabilities?
Since our facility is located in a place that requires hiking, we do not have barrier-free facilities. If you have mobility issues, please consult with us before booking.
◼️Is there an age restriction for hotel reservations?
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian.
◼️Are the prices listed per person?
Yes, the prices listed on the reservation site are per person.
◼️How can I pay for my reservation?
You can choose between credit card payment at the time of booking or payment on site. We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover on site. Electronic payments via PayPay, auPAY, and Rakuten PAY are also available. Pre-payment on the website can be made with Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club.
◼️What are the contact hours for inquiries?
We may be assisting other customers and unable to answer calls. Please contact us between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. If you need to contact us outside these hours, please email us. We will respond to emails within two days.
◼️Is it possible to waitlist a cancellation?
We do not accept waitlists. Please book available dates directly through our website.
◼️I want to extend my stay at the hotel.
If available, you can book an extended stay through the reservation section on our website. We do not offer discounts for consecutive nights. Extensions requested on the day of arrival are not accepted.
◼️What are the check-in times?
Check-in is from 3 PM to 6 PM. Please do not arrive before 3 PM. After 6 PM, the mountain path is unlit, so we recommend checking in before dusk. During winter, it gets dark around 5 PM, and the paths may be harder to see, so please bring a flashlight or headlamp to keep your hands free.
◼️What about check-out?
Check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out depends on the day's facility schedule, so please inquire on the day.
◼️When is dinner served?
We ask when you would like to start dinner based on how hungry you are upon arrival. Dinner starts between 4 PM and 7 PM. Please allow about an hour for preparation. We recommend starting your meal while enjoying the evening scenery.
◼️What about breakfast times?
After you have dinner, we will ask when you would like breakfast served. You can choose from 8 AM, 8:30 AM, or 9 AM. If there is a scheduling conflict with another facility on the premises, your breakfast may be shifted by about 30 minutes.
◼️Can you tell me about the bath facilities?
We have a private observation bath in a separate building. Guests from our farmhouse and glamping facilities may use the bath alternately. We will ask for your preferred time upon arrival. The bath is available from your arrival until 10 PM. It is also available at any time in the morning, and we will ask for your preferred time after dinner. The bath and changing areas are sanitized with ozone for your safety.
◼️What about the sauna?
Our sauna, which includes a cold plunge pool, is available to guests without additional charge. It is used alternately by guests staying in our farmhouse. We will ask you to schedule your sauna time upon check-in. You can also view the layout below:
◼️What amenities are provided?
We provide face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, toner, emulsion, and hair dryers. Please bring your own lounge wear or pajamas as they are not provided.
◼️Are room wears provided in the rooms?
We do not provide room wears, so please remember to bring your own. The temperature here tends to be about 5 degrees Celsius lower than in downtown Tokyo. Please bring clothing suitable for temperatures 5 degrees cooler than usual.
◼️What about parking?
We have free parking available, but spaces are limited. Please indicate the number of vehicles in the remarks section when making your reservation, and notify us of any changes.
◼️What are the rules for using the facility?
Our facilities, including the glamping site, farmhouse, and camping site, are each used by one group per day. Please be considerate of noise to ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. We ask that you refrain from outdoor activities after 10 PM, and the outdoor lights will be turned off after 11 PM.
◼️Can I use the facility for birthdays or other celebrations?
We do not provide celebration services, but we have partnered with companies that offer cakes and other items. You can select and order your desired cake from the following link for delivery:

◼️What about decorations for celebrations like birthdays?
We prepare a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" neon sign and other decorations. You are welcome to decorate as you wish. If you send us decorations by mail in advance, we can assist with simple setups. Please consult with us.
◼️Is Wi-Fi available?
Wi-Fi is available in your room.
◼️What about mobile reception?
Mobile reception may vary depending on your location within the facility. Please use Wi-Fi.
◼️Can I enjoy movies with the projector?
There is a projector in your room that you can use to watch movies on the tent. It's equipped with Android TV, so you can freely stream from your accounts, including Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, etc. We also have facility accounts for those without their own. Wi-Fi is available in your room, but there is no DVD player.
◼️Can I enjoy a campfire?
Yes, you can enjoy a campfire. We provide one batch of firewood for free, but any additional wood can be purchased for 550 yen per batch.
◼️What about activities?
Guests often relax by reading or enjoying the view. We have a walking route on the premises where you can explore the source of the stream, the "Couple's Hinoki," and an ancient small shrine. The ascent is steep and includes log steps which can be slippery, so please proceed with caution. Even those without hiking experience have managed, but the path continues uphill for about 800 meters. It's not easy, but those in good physical condition can manage quickly. Children over the age of three can run ahead and climb. The oldest guests we have had were over 80 years old. Many guests have carried young children up. There are rest spots and wooden benches along the way, so take your time and enjoy the climb. Please enjoy the sense of achievement and the magnificent views as part of your activities.
◼️Can I bring a stroller?
Due to stairs, we recommend not bringing a stroller. Even if you bring it to the facility, there isn't enough space to use it within the premises. If you are using public transportation and have a stroller, please contact us for guidance on where to store it.
◼️Can you tell me about nearby facilities?

◼️Are there supermarkets or convenience stores nearby?
The facility is located in a mountainous area that requires hiking, so it's not easily accessible during your stay. It's best to stop by before checking in.

◼️What is the local climate like?
The temperature tends to be about 5 degrees Celsius lower than in central Tokyo. Even in summer, it becomes cooler after sunset compared to the city center.
◼️Is there a refrigerator?
Each room is equipped with a small square refrigerator similar to those found in business hotels. There is also a water dispenser in each room.
◼️What about beverages and alcohol sales?
A water dispenser is available in your room. You are free to enjoy the provided coffee and tea. We also sell a variety of beers, wines, champagne, shochu, whiskey, and local sake.
◼️What about mosquito control?
Mosquito spray and mosquito coils are available in your room. There is also a fan, and being in the airflow can help keep mosquitoes away. While we do our best to minimize their presence, please understand that insects are inevitable in such an open, natural environment. The tents are also equipped with mosquito net curtains. Insects, especially bees, are attracted to black, so wearing lighter colors is recommended. We constantly manage bee traps, and so far, no guests have been stung. If a bee appears, stay calm and avoid waving it away, as this can provoke stings.
◼️What about the lodging capacity?
The capacity is for 2 to 4 adults. There are no restrictions for accompanying children.
◼️What about heating in the rooms?
Each room has a kerosene heater. Please turn it off before sleeping to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning. The rooms are equipped with large duvets, blankets, and electric underblankets, so you shouldn't have any trouble staying warm.
◼️What about air conditioning in the rooms?
Each room is equipped with an air conditioner and a fan. While it may be hot upon arrival, the temperature becomes comfortable as the evening progresses. Note that due to the mountain location, electricity is limited, and we ask that you keep the tent closed except when necessary.
◼️What about the toilet and shower?

From Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, proceed on Hinohara Highway towards Todoroki. At Todoroki intersection, turn right and follow the road for about 20 minutes. The path is steep with log steps and can be slippery, so please proceed with caution. The hike is manageable even for those without prior experience. The path continues uphill for about 800 meters. It is challenging, but those in good physical condition can ascend quickly. Children aged three and older can lead the way up. We have had guests well over 80 years old manage the hike. When you opt for beverages, we prepare bottled beer (quantity varies with the number of adults), shochu (potato, barley, neutral), whiskey, and ice in the equipped refrigerator for adults. We also serve juice, barley tea, and oolong tea.
For children, we provide one bottle of juice and tea (barley or oolong).
We also sell various beers and wines.
◼️Can I ship luggage in advance?
If you wish to send food or other items in advance, please contact us beforehand. Deliveries only reach the foot of the mountain, and scheduling is necessary. Please avoid sending items that need refrigeration or freezing.
◼️Are there any insect repellent measures?
Mosquito coils are available in the room.
◼️What is the accommodation capacity?
The capacity is for 2 to 4 adults. There are no restrictions for accompanying children.

There is a dedicated toilet and bath on the site, as well as a cooking area. Please fill the bath with water at your convenience. The toilet is a washlet, maintained for cleanliness. The bath and cooking area dedicated to the glamping or farmhouse facilities are not available for use.

There is a dedicated fire pit available for use. You are free to use the firewood provided. Please refrain from making fires on the wood deck.
◼️What about using the theater (projector)?
You can enjoy projecting on a 200-inch large screen. We lend a Firestick, so you can freely watch any apps you have accounts for. Facilities also include accounts for Hulu, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and others. We can also lend a cable for connecting iPhones.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the premises.
There is no DVD player available.

We have a private rental bath with a view in a separate building. It is available to guests of both the old house and glamping facilities on a rotational basis. We will ask for your preferred time upon arrival.
The bath is available from your arrival until 10 PM and from any time in the early morning. We schedule morning bath times after dinner.
The bath and changing areas are sanitized with ozone for your safety.
◼️About the sauna?
We have a sauna with a cold bath.
Guests can use it without an additional fee and it is available on a rotational basis for those staying in the glamping area.
You can set your preferred time at check-in.

We provide face towels, bath towels, toothbrushes, shower caps, razors, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, makeup remover, toner, moisturizer, and hair dryers.
Please bring your own loungewear and pajamas as these are not provided.
◼️Is room wear available in the rooms?
Room wear is not provided, so please bring your own. Bathrobes are available upon request from the staff. Please note, temperatures tend to be about 5 degrees Celsius cooler than in downtown Tokyo, so dress accordingly.
◼️About parking?
There is free parking available, but space is limited, so please mention it in the remarks section when booking and contact us if there are any changes.
◼️About facility rules?
Each of our glamping, old house, and camping facilities is used by one group per day. We ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels down for everyone's comfort.
Please refrain from using outdoor areas after 10 PM, and we turn off external lights after 11 PM.
◼️About using the facility for birthdays or anniversaries?
We do not provide special arrangements for celebrations, but we have partnered with a company that delivers cakes.

◼️Can we enjoy a campfire?
Yes, you can enjoy a campfire. Firewood is provided.
One batch of firewood is complimentary, but more can be purchased for 550 yen each.
◼️About activities?
Guests often enjoy relaxing activities like reading or enjoying the view. There are walking paths on the property. You can explore a natural spring, ancient trees, and a small old shrine.
The path up is steep and includes log steps which can be slippery, so caution is advised. It is a challenging 800-meter climb, but manageable for those with good fitness levels. Children over three years old can usually run up ahead. The oldest guests to make the climb have been over 80. We have resting spots with wooden benches along the way, so take your time and enjoy the journey. The sense of achievement and the view from the top are well worth the effort.
◼️Can I bring a stroller?
Due to stairs, we recommend not bringing a stroller as there are limited places to use it within the premises. If you come by public transport with a stroller, please contact us for information on where it can be stored.

The facility is located in a mountainous area requiring a hike, so access during your stay is not straightforward. We recommend stopping by these places before check-in:

◼️What is the local climate like?
The temperatures here tend to be about 5 degrees Celsius cooler than in central Tokyo. Even in summer, it cools down significantly after sunset, providing a refreshing atmosphere.
◼️Is there a refrigerator?
Yes, we have a commercial refrigerated showcase at the entrance where you can chill your items. Feel free to bring any food items; however, please note there is no dedicated refrigerator.
◼️About the sale of drinks and alcohol?
While we do not have vending machines or a store, we provide bottled beer (number depends on group size), shochu, whiskey, and ice in a provided refrigerator. We also offer juice, barley tea, and oolong tea.
There are limits, but usually sufficient to not run out. We restock barley and oolong tea as needed.
We also sell various beers, local sake, champagne, and wine. Note that sweet alcoholic drinks like canned chu-hi are not available.
If you have specific preferences, please bring your drinks. We also offer electric kettle rentals.
◼️Can I send luggage in advance?
If you wish to send food items or luggage ahead of time, please contact us in advance for arrangements. As deliveries only reach the base of the mountain, scheduling is necessary.
Please refrain from sending perishables or items requiring refrigeration or freezing.
◼️Do you have insect repellent?
Mosquito coils and insect repellent spray are available in your room.
Fans are also provided, and positioning yourself in the airflow can help keep mosquitoes away.
We strive to minimize insects but being in a natural, open space, their presence is inevitable. Please understand.
Mosquito nets are available for use at night.
To avoid attracting bees, which are drawn to black, we recommend not wearing black clothing.
Bee traps are continuously maintained, and there have been no incidents of guests being stung.
If a bee appears, do not panic or swat at it to avoid being stung.
◼️What is the lodging capacity?
The capacity is for 2 to 6 adults, with no restrictions on the number of children you may bring.
◼️About the room's heating?
Each room is equipped with a kerosene heater; however, due to the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning, we ask that you turn it off before sleeping. A wood stove in the entryway can also be used to heat the room.
◼️About the room's cooling facilities?
The rooms have air conditioning and fans. It may be warm upon arrival, but it becomes comfortable by late afternoon.
Given the location atop a mountain, electricity usage is limited, and we ask that you use these facilities sparingly.
◼️About the toilet and bath facilities?
Each room has its private toilet and washroom. The toilets are washlet-style and kept clean. There are no baths in the rooms, so you will use a bath in a separate building.
The old house and glamping facilities share these baths on a rotational basis. We will schedule your bath time upon arrival.

It is equipped with Android TV, so you can freely stream using your accounts on apps like Hulu, Amazon Prime, and Disney+. If you do not have accounts, the facility provides access to these services.
