WOODLAND BOTHY

WOODLAND BOTHY features a spacious cotton tent as the main room, equipped with two king-size beds.
The highlight of this area is its unparalleled sense of openness.
Custom-made exclusively for this facility, the tent offers both a sense of freedom and the luxurious comfort you wouldn’t expect from an outdoor setting.
Enjoy meals on the wooden deck, gather around a private fire pit, and spend your time soaking in the magnificent views at your leisure.

MEAL

Our facility offers a grill course prepared by our experienced private chef, featuring the local Akiugyu black wagyu beef and seasonal local ingredients.
We also offer breakfast service, so you can leave everything from preparation to cleanup to us.
For special occasions, we have partnerships with companies that provide cakes and other items.
You can select cakes or flowers, which can be delivered and presented together with dessert after your meal.

FACILITIES

A private bathhouse is located in a separate building.
Designed with a focus on breathtaking views, the bath uses natural spring water sourced from the mountains, providing a unique luxury distinct from traditional open-air baths.
Each tent site also has a fire pit, allowing you to enjoy a campfire or handheld fireworks.
The tents are equipped with a projector and large speakers, so you can enjoy your favorite videos or music via Bluetooth (images included).

SAUNA

While listening to the chirping of birds, the 100°C steam promotes metabolism and revitalizes the body.
Along with the natural cooling effect of the open-air bath, this private hidden sauna offers a refreshing experience for both body and mind.
It’s available for private use by couples, families, friends, or individuals.
*Guests alternate use of the sauna with other glamping visitors.
There is no additional fee for sauna use.

ACTIVITY

The path from the parking lot to the facility is a well-maintained mountain trail that takes about 20 minutes to climb.
Along the way, you’ll encounter various plants such as hydrangeas, Japanese pepper trees, and yuzu, with the Akiruno mountains displaying their rich seasonal beauty.
Since the trail is not illuminated, we recommend checking in before sunset.
Nearby, you can visit the "Hossawa Falls," listed among Japan's top 100 waterfalls, or enjoy fishing in the Yozawa River.
